Mike Krause is a mental performance strategist and executive coach with Global Bound, LLC, where he partners with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to enhance performance, support sustainable growth, and strengthen holistic wellbeing both in and out of the workplace. Mike brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, including 4½ years with the United States Department of State in Southern and Central Africa, where his work focused on public health initiatives and cross-cultural leadership.

Mike serves as an executive coach for the Idaho Community Foundation's "Idaho Leads" program and is the developer and lead facilitator of "The Steward-Ship", a cohort-based leadership development program for middle managers and emerging leaders across industries. Mike is completing his master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, where his research focuses on our internal thought patterns and psychological default settings that often derail our performance, growth, and wellbeing under times of pressure. Mike travels the country speaking on leadership, workplace culture, and mental fitness solutions. In his spare time, he enjoys guiding hundreds of visitors at the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights throughout the year as a volunteer docent.
