Presentations by LNP Board Chair, Kathy Vega, and Executive Director, Maritza Morelli.
7:25 PM | Dinner Service Begins
Our plated, three-course dinner service will begin in the ballroom.
8:00 PM | Fundraising Begins
Be prepared to bid on exclusive items and experiences in our Live Auction, then join us in the Paddle Raise, an inspiring moment to give directly in support of Los Ninos Primero's mission.
9:00 PM | Community Awards Presentation

If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?
Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest. You will need to tell our registration table the name of the person who is unable to attend and provide them with the name of your new guest. Your new guest will be issued a bidder number to use throughout the evening.
Please note, as of September 8th, all meals will be submitted to the hotel, and we cannot guarantee new guests will get their preferred choice. We will do our best to accommodate.
Can I register my Credit Card to use the evening of the event?
Yes, you can register your credit card within your GiveSmart account. If you have trouble registering your card online, please bring your credit card to register the night of the event.

Where should I park?
Complimentary self-parking is included with your Gala ticket.
Guests needing assistance may be dropped off at the front entrance.
What time does the event begin?
Check-in registration begins at 5:30 p.m.

Is there a Silent Auction this year, and if so, how do I participate?
Yes, and our online only silent auction is now open, varied, and beckoning gala attendees searching for unique and enriching experiences. You can browse and bid on all of our silent auction items within our gala management platform, GiveSmart.
All bidders must register before placing bids, providing their name, email, phone number, and a payment method. Bidders will receive a text when they've been outbid. Bidders can use the link within the text message to place a higher bid on their desired item(s). The highest bidder at 8:00 pm will win their item(s).
The online Silent Auction closes at 8:00 pm ET on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

A few notes on bidding so the evening runs smoothly for everyone:
- Win a silent auction item and it is yours. We will ask you to pay your winning bid.
- The same goes for live auction items.
- Raise your paddle during Bid for the Kids and we will count on the pledge(s) you make that night.
- After the gala, we will send a checkout link to the email address or phone number you shared at registration. Please complete your payment in 48 hours.
- If we have not received payment by Monday, September 14 at 9:00 p.m., we will charge the card you placed on file when you registered.
