Funky Fashion Show: Dress Entry Information
Ready to get creative? The Funky Fashion Show is your chance to turn everyday items into something extraordinary.
We invite designers of all ages and experience levels to create a one-of-a-kind look using recycled or repurposed materials. Think outside the box-paper, plastic, fabric scraps, cardboard, magazines, and more can all be transformed into wearable art. The bolder, more imaginative, the better.
Designs will be showcased on the runway during the event, where guests will vote for their favorite in our People's Choice competition. This is a fun, high-energy way to highlight creativity, sustainability, and individuality while supporting the girls at Pace Center for Girls.
Guidelines:
- Outfits must be primarily made from recycled or repurposed materials
- Designs should be secure and suitable for walking the runway
- Entries can be individual or team creations
- All participants must register in advance
Spots are limited, so early entry is encouraged.

Funky Fashion Show features the creativity of Southwest Florida by showcasing one-of-a-kind fashions made completely from recycled or repurposed items created by individuals and businesses.
Former creations have included business brochures, ribbons, patio screens, branches, playing cards, neck ties, wine corks, foam insulation, boxes, and much, much more.
Dress creations offer a unique opportunity to spotlight your business while supporting girls and young women in Lee County.
