FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


1. What does a ticket include?

Your ticket to the event on April 11th includes admission into Edfest, open bar, dinner, live brass band entertainment, and participation in activities such as silent auction, paddle raise, prizes, and more!


2. What is the attire?

Roaring '20's attire encouraged! Flapper dresses, fringe, feathers, pearls, pinstripes, headbands, vests, and fedoras are all welcome. 


3. Where is the location to the event?

Tivoli Turnhalle at 900 Auraria Pkwy. 


4. Is there parking?

If you plan to drink, our first recommendation is to use a rideshare service! Otherwise, there are two garages available at a discounted rate for our event at $8.25 (normally $30) for the night. Must purchase discounted ticket here - https://igfn.us/form/AWeWAw 

  • Tivoli Parking Garage (Primary): Located at 9th and Auraria Pkwy
  • 7th Street Garage: Located at 7th & Lawrence Way


5. What are the after party details?

After Edfest concludes at 9pm, everyone is welcome to keep the fun going at Quad Side Tavern! It's in the same building as the event space, so it's easy to head over and continue hanging out.

Please note this isn't part of your Edfest admission, but drinks can be purchased individually at the tavern.


6. Can I bring guests?

Yes! Attendance is not limited to Edison student parents. Feel free to bring friends, family, neighbors, or anyone who would like to join.


7. I bought tickets but now cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

We regret that tickets are not refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying the Edfest Committee in writing (ptaedisondenver@gmail.com).


8. Can my student attend?
This is an adults only event. Students are not permitted to attend the fundraiser as ticketed guests.

Aman STEAM Academy is offering childcare from 5:30pm-10 PM for $35 per child, with a 10% sibling discount. Kids will enjoy a roaring '20's ball with dancing and games! Register here: Roaring '20s Kid's Ball (Scroll to "Roaring Twenties Kids Ball" at the bottom of the page).


9. What does the money go toward?

These funds support field trips, transportation, enrichment days, special teacher requests, playground enhancements, student support, and technology improvements within the classrooms. 

Your support at the Edfest makes an incredible difference to your children's student experience. Your contributions count and make a huge difference!


10.  Is this tax deductible?
Edison Elementary is an IRS 501 (c)(3) and our Federal Tax ID is 23-7150820. Purchases and contributions above the fair market value (FMV) of an item may be tax deductible. Consult your financial advisor.
