What is the Party & Auction?
The 29th Annual Party & Auction is a celebration that honors the life-changing work we do at Bethesda Project, an organization that supports thousands of Philadelphians experiencing homelessness. The event will be held once again at the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia (One North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107), a recognized National Historic Landmark located in the heart of Center City.
How can I sponsor the event?
We have several different levels of sponsorship that help support our programs and services to assist people experiencing homelessness. For our sponsorship packet, please click here.
How can I donate an item for the silent auction?
Thank you for your interest in donating an item! You can contact us via email or fill out this form directly.
How do I place a bid on an item?
View items through either the link at the top ("Items") or the Browse, Bid, & Buy section ("View Items"). After registering, click on the item that you're interested in bidding on, and follow the prompts to place your bid! Winners will automatically be notified via text message when the silent auction closes. Individuals need not be present to win!
Why enter my mobile number when I bid?
By entering your number, you'll get alerts when you're outbid, so you can go back and bid on that item to be sure you win! You'll also receive an alert when the auction closes if you have the winning bid. Entering your mobile number is crucial if you attend the event to ensure check-in and check-out run smoothly.
I can't attend in person. Can I still participate in the silent auction?
Yes! Our online auction opens on May 8th and anyone can place a bid on an item. Bids will be accepted through 8:30pm on Friday, May 15th.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail attire.
How does the 50/50 Raffle work?
Purchase a chance to win a cash prize! The winner will split half of the total raffle proceeds with Bethesda Project. You do not need to attend the event to enter or win. The lucky winner will be contacted after the event.
What is included with my ticket?
Dinner stations, wine, beer, soft drinks, and a signature cocktail are included. Several of the Masonic Temple's rooms will be open for self-guided tours from 6:00-6:45pm (arrive on time so you don't miss out!), along with cocktails in the "Foyer Under the Stars."
Parking and Transportation
There are numerous paid garages in the area, but the closest is located at 1324 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. The venue is steps away from SEPTA's regional rail, bus, trolly and the Broad Street and Market-Frankford lines at City Hall. We encourage you to take public transportation, ride shares or carpool.
