Meet Nyla Beth

Nyla Beth Gawel is a Senior Managing Director at North Highland, a global consulting firm where she is a practice leader responsible for organizational strategy and workforce development services to global and public sector clients. Prior to joining North Highland, Nyla Beth was founder and CEO of NBG Strategy Consulting, applying 20+ years of executive experience leading corporate strategy rooted in the transformative role of technology in national and organizational resilience. Her career spans executive leadership at SAIC, Verizon, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she drove large-scale strategy and innovation engagements across government and global enterprises. A Georgetown University graduate with certifications in facilitation and innovation management, Nyla Beth believes that leadership doesn't stop at the office door.

As North America Regional Director for Women in Tech Global, she champions the advancement of women across the technology sector through events, programming, and community building. She serves as Co-Chair of Board Development for the American Red Cross of Northern Virginia, as an Elder at National Presbyterian Church, and as Community Service Chair for Seven Locks Elementary School PTA - living out her conviction that volunteerism is simply another way of sharing the skills and talents that shaped her career. Her favorite titles are mom, wife, and friend.
