Confirm Sponsorship & Submit Payment

Sponsorship Steps

CONFIRM YOUR SPONSORSHIP: Click the "Confirm Sponsorship & Submit Payment" button to complete your commitment form.
SUMBIT PAYMENT: Pay by credit card, ACH, Google/Apple Pay, personal check, or Venmo. Full payment is due no later than two weeks before the event. Exception for charity golf holes.
SEND YOUR LOGO: Email a high-resolution logo as soon as possible to brooke@girlsontherunutah.org for inclusion in event materials.
HOLE ACTIVATION: Submit activity details by June 15, 2026 for approval, or notify us by that date if you will not host an activity.
PLAYER INFORMATION: You'll receive a registration link to submit your foursome names. Player information is due by June 30, 2026.
JOIN US ON THE COURSE! Event details and day-of information will be sent prior to the tournament. Golf carts will be available for all partners.

Other Partner Opportunities

Limited Hole Partnerships without a foursome are available for $1,000 as well as In-Kind Partnerships.
