OFP 15TH ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
7:00am - 8:00am: Welcome to Coyote Creek Golf Club Garden Terrace lawn, where you'll enjoy breakfast burritos to go and a coffee station. Here, you'll check-in and have the option to purchase mulligans and contest tickets for "Closest to the Pin" and "Longest Drive." If you've pre-ordered mulligans and contest tickets on this event's landing page, you'll be able to pick them up at registration. Once checked in, please place your clubs in your assigned golf cart and, if you choose head to the driving range where stalls and balls have been reserved for our tournament players to warm up.
8:15am: Please be back in front of Coyote Creek Golf Club and close to your assigned golf cart for a welcoming announcement before the shotgun start at 8:30am. There will be a shuttle to take you to and from the driving range to your golf cart for the shotgun start.
8:30am - 1:30pm: Shotgun Tournament, with two individuals per assigned cart. Along with contests for "Closest to the Pin" and "Longest Drive," players can participate in our course games: "Spin the Wheel," "Get It On the Green," and "Beat the Pro," for prizes. Game tickets cannot be purchased in advance; cash only on the course, except for "Beat the Pro," which will accept major credit cards at the game hole.
Complimentary water, soda, and beer will be available on the course to refresh and recharge. Players have the option to purchase additional beers from the beverage cart that will be on the course.
1:30pm - 4:00pm: A premium lunch buffet will be served featuring a caesar salad w/rolls, tri-tip, bbq chicken, baked beans, mac & cheese, corn on the cob, and dessert. The silent auction, raffle, and tournament awards with prizes will take place during the luncheon.
