Cumberland can't wait to run the race with you on Derby Day! We want to maximize your experience and ensure a smooth check-in process for you and your guests.
Ticket Sales
The Hats & Horses Derby Party is a ticketed event. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door. Community members who can't be with us are encouraged to register. Registrants can donate, purchase Winning Tickets, and bid on silent auction items remotely.
I Purchased a Table/Multiple Seats. Now What?
Thank you for your purchase as a sponsor, table host or guest with multiple seats. We encourage you to assign your seats to your invited guests. Including guests' names, cell phone numbers and email addresses upon assignment ensures an ideal guest experience.
Assigning Tickets
Assign via the Email Link
1. Locate ticket purchase email notification.
2. Click Update Attendee Details.
3. Follow prompts to complete the account username and password.
Assign via the Pay Page
1. Access the campaign site via email or text notification link.
2. Select Pay Page.
3. Select View Order.
Assign and Unassigned Tickets
1. Click Assign.
2. Add attendee information.
3. Click Save.
Edit Assigned Ticket
1. Click Edit to add or modify attendee information.
2. Click Unassign to remove the attendee from the ticket.
3. Click Assign to add a new attendee.
4. Enter new attendee information.
5. Accept your ticket
Ticketed guests are encouraged to utilize the self-check-in process to expedite the fun and streamline their experience.
Here's how:
1. If your ticket assignment included a cell phone number, you received a text inviting you to confirm your ticket.
2. Click the confirmation link.
3. Navigate to the top right corner where you will see your initials.
4. Select "Profile"
5. Update your username and password to something you will remember. Save!
6. Navigate to "My Info" in the header.
My Info includes:
Your Name
Bidder Number
Table Number
Credit Cards on File
Cumberland encourages guests to add a card on file at check-in to expedite check-out.
