How do I expedite check-in for when I arrive?
Add your credit card to your profile before arrival. A text with a secure link to do so will be sent out Sunday evening.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Arrive via the bag drop entrance (follow signs). A staff member will assist with loading your clubs onto your cart and confirm your starting hole. Park in the main lot and proceed to registration, located between the clubhouse and pool.
Where can I warm up?
There is a practice range (max 175 yards) and two practice putting greens. A golf staff member will be happy to point you in the direction of the range as it is a short golf cart ride from the bag drop. There is also an indoor simulator near the main bar that may be used to warm up. Please be mindful of the prompt 12:00pm tournament shotgun start while warming up.
What is the tournament format?
We'll be playing a 4-person team shamble with 2 best ball scoring using the Callaway system. Everyone tees off on each hole, and the team picks the best shot. From there, all players hit their second shots and play their own ball until they hole out. The two best individual scores on each hole count toward the team score. Maximum score is double par, and each player's tee shot has to be used at least once per nine holes.
Are there prizes?
Yes! $200 pro shop credit to the each of the 1st place (net) team members. Most importantly, the winners' names get forever enshrined on the Noelle's Light Golf Classic Cup! All of our on-course contests will have great prizes, as well.
Do you recommend I bring cash?
Optional. Everything at the event can be charged to your account, including the ability to pre-purchase your on-course contest entries (highly recommended). All proceeds benefit Noelle's Light, supporting families in need.
Where do I bring my scorecard after the round?
Please submit your scorecard to the pro shop immediately after your round so that they can process the tournament results. Staff members and volunteers will be available to direct you to the pro shop.
PATIO PARTY INFO (begins at 5:30pm)
What is the dress code for the party?
The dress code is Country Club Casual. Golf attire is acceptable for the post-round Patio Party. Men's and women's locker rooms and showers will be available throughout the day.
Is there assigned seating for dinner?
No. All seating is first come first serve. Dinner buffet will open at 6pm.
Where and when are the Co-Founders' remarks?
Jodi and Alex Laughlin will be speaking around 6:45/7:00pm, just after the announcement of the Tournament prizes. We kindly ask everyone to be on the patio (squeeze in!) to hear their remarks and view a special video presentation.
SILENT AUCTION
How do I bid in the silent auction?
Bid right from your phone! At the event, you also have the ability to submit a bid to one of our staff members! Our silent auction is now OPEN for bidding!
How do I collect an item that I won?
After the auction closes at 7:45pm, please go to the Auction table. A staff member will complete the checkout process for you and retrieve your winning item. Please refrain from retrieving the item yourself.
