Participation details:

- Only 400 raffle tickets will be sold for this raffle item.
- Raffle winner will be selected by random draw at the 2026 Guns N Hoses event before the start of the final bout. Winner will be announced between rounds of the final bout and on social media.
- If the winner is not present at the event, the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission will contact the winner via email or mobile phone to advise how to receive their prize.
- The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission will connect the winner with the condo owner to discuss vacation dates and plans.

- Two bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen bunk bed) with two and a half baths.
- Full-service kitchen.
- The condo comfortably sleeps six people, children welcome.
- No pets and not handicapped accessible.
- Located on the 4th floor with approximately 45 small steps to access it, no elevator.
- The area offers 5-8 wonderful restaurants in 2 blocks walking distance and is 2 blocks from the Puerta Vallarta Marina.
- Easy access to a wide selection of fun excursions for people of all ages - from zip lines to swimming with dolphins, whale watching to snorkeling, scuba diving to an award winning dinner show.
- The Malecon Boardwalk shopping is a 20-minute cab ride. This popular 12-block pedestrian-only boardwalk offers oceanfront eateries, bars and street vendors.
- Walmart and Sams Club within 10-minute cab ride.

Condo owner is flexible on dates of stay, but black out months are in January and February 2027. There is specific availability in other months, but owner will do his best to accommodate a date that is best for the winner.

The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission (KCMCC) is a 501c3 nonprofit.
Your donation will help to fund the core programs of the KCMCC, primarily the SAFE program.
The SAFE program provides immediate financial assistance to the dependent families of our area First Responders who are killed or suffer catastrophic injury in the line of duty.
Since program inception in 2003, SAFE has provided over $1M in immediate financial support to families following a line-of-duty death and for ongoing holiday benefits, as well as over $100,000 in scholarships for First Responder children.
