Last year, Goodwill OC's youth programs helped more than 6,000 young people gain the skills and confidence needed to secure employment. With California's teen jobless rate being the highest in the country, what can truly make a difference in our community is a full system of support.

Goodwill OC offers three comprehensive and completely free programs that open doors to training, mentorship, and opportunity for young people who are ready to build a future:

UpSkill OC
Equipping young job seekers with the skills, certifications, and confidence needed to succeed in today's workforce.

Student Service Work Experience
Creating pathways to independence by helping students with disabilities discover their strengths and potential through real-world work experiences.

Life Launch
Helping justice-impacted young adults to overcome barriers, pursue their goals, and build a foundation for lifelong success.
