Event Schedule
5-6pm: Cocktail Hour (All-Access Ticket required)
Featuring live entertainment by Kevan Eftekhari, cocktails, and vegan pizza from Reno!
6-8pm: Dinner and Live Auction (All-Access or Dinner + Dancing Ticket required)
Enjoy a plated vegan dinner and the evening's presentation, co-hosted by Nicole Kawell and OTAT's Executive Director, Heather Owen. Then, it's time to bid in our live auction to save lives!
8-11pm: Let's Party! (All-Access, Dinner + Dancing, or Party People Tickets)
Come dance the night away, party people! Enjoy the open bar and late night snacks, browse and bid the silent auction, buy some exclusive Houndstooth merch, participate in other activities before hitting the dance floor and celebrating with us!

Ticketing Options
Individual Ticketing Options
All-Access Ticket: All-Access Tickets are limited and include a Houndstooth tote bag full of swag for your and your pet. All-Access ticketholders are invited to a special cocktail hour before our seated vegan dinner, presentation, and live auction. Then, stick around for the rest of the evening with more drinks, dancing, and dogs!

Party People Ticket: Join us after dinner has wrapped, right when the party is getting started! Enjoy the open bar, late night snacks, and on-site activities while browsing and bidding on the Houndstooth silent auction, competing for prizes in Heads or Tails, and celebrating with the OTAT community!
Sponsor a staff member's ticket: All of our staff get a free ticket and +1 to help us celebrate our team's hard work. By sponsoring a ticket, you'll help us dedicate more of the proceeds from Houndstooth to our adoption, foster, and community programs.
Group Ticketing Options
Premier Table Reservation: Premier All-Access Table Reservations include a reserved table in a premier location at the front of the dinner program, All-Access Tickets for 10 guests, Canine Tickets for up to 5 companions, and complimentary Heads or Tails paddles for you and your guests, typically a $50 buy-in at the event.
All-Access Table Reservation: All-Access Table Reservations include a reserved table and All-Access Tickets for 10 guests.

NEW FOR 2026
Assigned Seating: We'll be assigning dinner guests to tables this year. We will let you know where you're sitting the week before the event via email and the day-of via text message (if you've enabled them). When purchasing tickets, you're invited to let us know with whom you'd like to sit. We'll try our best to honor your request! For groups up to 10 who want to guarantee a seat at the same table, we recommend purchasing an All-Access or Premier All-Access table. If you have any questions about assigned seating, please email stephanie.cascio@onetail.org.

Coat Check and Parking
Complimentary coat check will be available at the door. Parking around Morgan Manufacturing is somewhat limited, so arriving via public transit, ride share, or carpooling is definitely encouraged! The parking lot is not available for guest self-parking.

Join us on the dance floor at 9:30pm for a game of Heads or Tails!
How it works: Add-on to your ticket order or buy-in at the event and grab a paddle from the raffle or merch tables in the Merch Pit or from a volunteer selling them throughout the venue. Then, join us on the dance floor to compete in a game of Heads or Tails!
The prize: Play to win a custom portrait of your pet at One Tail's new Welcome Center!

We aren't able to offer valet parking this year, but we are happy to offer attendees the opportunity to pre-pay for a parking spot in the nearby private parking lot at Morgan & Hubbard!
Directions:
When you arrive at the lot, please give the attendant your name and once they confirm your name on the list, they'll direct you to a parking space. Pre-payment of spots will end on Saturday, March 28th at 11 AM and will be on a first come, first served basis after that.
