TICKETS

Tickets for the evening, Kids Camp, and overnight lodging can be purchased here.

Purchasing tickets will automatically create your user account. After completing your event registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Don't forget to click the green "Create an Account" button at the bottom of the email to update your username and password to something other than the one generated by the platform.

Registering for an account is required to bid in the auction, make a donation, or contribute to Raise the Paddle. 

HOST A TABLE

Table hosts for the evening are encouraged and appreciated. Learn more about hosting a table here.

DINING

The IslandWood Kitchen team will prepare dinner, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-vegetarian dishes. Our family-style meals are prepared with local, organic, and sustainably-sourced ingredients that reflect the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Your ticket includes reception, dinner, dessert, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and s'mores at the Friendship Circle campfire. Overnight guests, your ticket also includes a beautiful breakfast on Sunday! 

LODGING

Stay overnight in one of our beautiful lodges! Our lodge guest rooms include a combination of single occupancy, double occupancy, and bunk rooms that can accommodate up to six guests. All guest rooms have a private bathroom and include bedding, towels, and basic amenities. Each lodge contains a spacious log-beam great room with a stone fireplace and cozy seating areas, laundry facilities, and a small refrigerator. Sunday breakfast cooked by the IslandWood kitchen team is included with your room purchase. Lodge rooms will be assigned to you based on the number of people in your group, with a maximum of six people per room.

KIDS CAMP

Give your child the gift of time in nature to explore and discover. IslandWood's educators will lead games and activities while you enjoy the reception, dinner, and program. Camp is available for children age 5 - 14 and includes supervised programming, dinner, and dessert. Campers are also invited to the Friendship Circle after camp is over to enjoy s'mores with parents and family members. 

AUCTION

As always, we have planned a thoughtfully curated auction full of unique items and experiences! The silent auction is open for browsing & bidding and will close at 5:45 on May 2nd! 


TRANSPORTATION

We are offering shuttle service from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal to IslandWood. Pick-up shuttle service will be available for the 3:00 pm and 3:50 pm sailings from Seattle. Return service from IslandWood to the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal will leave from the Arrival Shelter for the 8:55 pm sailing back to Seattle. 

We are offering return shuttle service for overnight guests too! Sunday shuttle service is available for the 11:45 am back to Seattle.
