Meet Patricia


Patricia Pie is a distinguished IT leader, retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, and strategic communications expert with a proven record of delivering mission-critical solutions in high-stakes, "no-fail" environments. She has supported executive-level operations, including serving as a senior communications leader for the White House Communications Agency, where precision, security, and reliability were paramount.


Throughout her career, Patricia has led large, multi-disciplinary teams across the Department of Defense and federal sectors, managing complex programs, global communications infrastructure, and secure network operations impacting thousands of users. In the private sector, she spent seven years at Microsoft, leading Cloud Solution Architects and Customer Engineers supporting defense clients, driving innovation and operational excellence in cloud and enterprise technologies.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. She is also a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College at Air University, further strengthening her strategic leadership and operational expertise.


Known for her ability to unify teams, optimize performance, and deliver results at scale, Patricia is deeply committed to mentorship, leadership development, and empowering the next generation through initiatives like JROTC. She also serves as a Service Academy Board Member, further advancing her commitment to leadership and public service.
