Auction Rules

1. Sales are final after the auction closes. No changes except as specified. Review fine print and expiration dates before bidding.

2. Services must be used within one year, or as stated in item brochure, or per gift certificate limits, and are subject to donor terms.

3. Buyers waive liability claims against MSE and donors for injuries or damage from sold property or services.

4. Property is sold as is, without warranties. MSE isn't liable for brochure or online errors. All item information is provided in good faith.

5. The auction committee will notify you by Wednesday, April 22nd, regarding pickup details for your items.

6. The school reserves the right to reject bids. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. Disputes are resolved by the auctioneer or school records, which include, at minimum, multiple live scribes and a recording of the live bidding and donating.

7. The highest bidder wins the item. The written and/or audio recording of their bidder number and the winning bid amount confirms their purchase. Any item deemed by the committee to be sold for an unsatisfactory price may be withdrawn. No bids after the final call will be accepted.

8. Taxes and gratuities are the buyer's responsibility.

9. Winners are requested to contact donors within two weeks to arrange service use.

10. For event cancellations, contact the school and they will make their best effort to supply a refund. Rescheduled events are non-refundable.

11. Invoices for donations/purchases will be emailed by May 1st and should be paid through available options no later than May 21, 2026.

12. A double asterisk (**) indicates that a portion of the proceeds will be used to cover the cost of the item.
