Auction Rules
Online Auction Details (NOTE: All times are in Central Daylight Time)
- A bid is construed as a legal agreement to purchase the listed item(s) at the amount indicated.
- All bidders must be 18 years of age or above.
- Items listed as pin sets may or may not include all of the pins of the "official" set. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the items and make their own determination.
- Payment must be made online through the app via credit card ONLY. Items must be picked up by Sunday, May 24 12:30 pm at the DISC booth. Items not picked up will be shipped at the buyer's expense. Email DISC@dihq.org with any questions or to make other arrangements.
Credit Card
- You must register a valid credit card in order to participate in the auction.
Auction Close
- The final auction closes 10am on Sunday May 25.
- Some items may have an earlier close time and these will be noted in the description.
- When the auction closes the highest online bid will be declared the winner.
- If conflict arises over identifying the last valid bid for an item(s), auction staff has the sole discretion to determine the winner or to impose an alternate method of closing the item for interested parties, including, but not limited to, a sealed final bid.
Anti Sniping
- Anti-sniping rules are in effect: the auction item will be automatically extended by 10 minutes if bids are placed within 5 minutes of auction close.
Payment and Item Pickup
- Payment must be made online (through the app) via credit card ONLY. Items must be picked by 12:30 pm on Sunday, May 24, at the DISC booth.
- If you are unable to pick up your items by this deadline you may contact us at DISC@dihq.org with questions.
Shipping
- If you need to have your items shipped, you must select this option at checkout and pay for shipping. Items will be shipped out starting June 8 and must be made online via credit card ONLY.
