Checking Out

Please note - all sales are final. 

 
For those bidders who want to pay with check or cash, or if you would like to arrange a payment plan for the items you have won, please reach out to saraz@inliquid.org by Thursday, March 26th.  All remaining open credit cards will be processed on Friday, March 27, 2026.

 
Shipping and handling are not included in the winning bid or purchase. Winners and purchasers who request shipping will be told the cost and billed separately.

Getting your Winnings 

Winner, winner, now what?

Thank you for supporting InLiquid at the InLiquid Benefit. We cannot wait for you to bring home the items you have purchased or won at the event.  

To ensure that your winning items are handled carefully, we ask that you be prepared to pick up the items you won in the days after the event. We invite you to join us at the Icebox starting Saturday, March 21, noon  - 6 pm. InLiquid will have a team of volunteers helping us wrap up the artwork. Work will remain available for pickup during our normal business hours. Monday through Friday

While picking up, you can browse works of art you might have overlooked and continue to add to your collection.

Following pick-up times will be Monday through Friday, 11 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays, noon to 6 pm.  Please use the Calendly scheduler link to indicate when you are coming so we can have your items pulled ahead for you.

Note: I'm an artist and My Artwork did not receive a bid.

Artists whose items did not sell at the auction will be notified when they are available for pick-up as of April 15.
