Winter Dinner - Broadway Edition

Hosted by the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Guild at The Broadmoor

When: Saturday, January 17, 2026. from 6:00 - 9:30 p.m.

• Registration Opens at 5:30 p.m. 
• Cocktail Hour from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. 
• Dinner & Entertainment from 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.
  

Where: The Broadmoor, 1 Lake Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80906

• Event is located at the beautiful Lake Terrace Dining Room. Enter through the main doors and go up to the second floor via the escalator or elevators. The Lake Terrace Dining Room is on the right hand side. 

Entree options:

• Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib with a roasted garlic potato puree, roasted cipollini onions, glazed jumbo asparagus, wild mushrooms, oven dried tomato, and bordelaise
• Basil Parmesan Crusted Verlasso Salmon with gluten free gnocchi tots, charred onion & cannellini bean puree, braised tuscan kale, and a creamy pomodoro sauce
• Vegan Tuscan White Bean Ravioli with cannellini beans, heirloom cherry tomatoes, kale, and a roasted garlic & sage hazelnut pesto

Parking: Parking garage is avaliable across the street at The Broadmoor Hall. Valet is avaliable at the main entrance. 

Suggested Attire: Black tie, optional. Broadway glam encouraged!
