Kelley Hochheiser

Financial Analyst and Philanthropist


Kelley Hochheiser grew up in South Burlington, Vermont where she was an avid equestrian.  After graduating college Kelley was a senior accountant at Coopers and Lybrand in Boston, MA.  Kelley then joined CSS Industries in Philadelphia, PA as an Operations and Financial analyst. Kelley was responsible for reviewing and evaluating various aspects of the operations for this manufacturing conglomerate to improve operating performance.

After marrying her husband Keith, she moved to Garden City, Long Island and joined Prudential Securities, Inc. in Manhattan as Assistant Vice President - International Control. In this position Kelley was responsible for evaluating and resolving various operational and financial issues for six far eastern subsidiaries, together with managing and controlling their respective reporting requirements.  Kelley then had the opportunity to join Moody's Investor Services as an Accounting and Operations Manager.  

After having her first child Kelley's focus was on her family.  She became involved in PTA functions, being class mother each year for two children, and being involved in various other school sports related activities.  

Kelley became involved in local politics due to various issues affecting Garden City. She served as a Director (2018-2020), Vice President (2020-2021) and President (2021 -2023) to the Central Property Owners Association in Garden City. In these positions she worked to provide a venue for residents to voice their concerns and present issues affecting the Central Section, as well as acting as a liaison organization to the village Mayor and Trustees. She was, among other things, instrumental in providing scientific solutions to traffic issues affecting the village, many of which were implemented, improving the quality of life in the village.

Kelley currently resides in Muttontown where she is philanthropically involved with various charitable and religious organizations including the Belmont Child Care Association where she serves on the Advisory Board and is a member of the Spring Fling Committee.
