Terms and Conditions

I entirely release  Biting Back NYC and Second Chance Rescue, Inc., their successors, assigns, and their officers, employees, representatives, partners, and volunteers from any and all claims and liabilities, demands, damages, causes of action, and possible action whatsoever that may be sustained by any person or property from an act by any animals or actions during the event.

I understand that if my fur companion encounters any unanticipated problem during the event, I'm solely responsible for seeking veterinary care as needed or directed, including any necessary veterinary care and the costs incurred.
Biting Back NYC and Second Chance Rescue Inc. retain the authority to refuse services without any financial obligation if an animal is determined to pose an immediate threat to the facility's staff or other animals.
