Y-WE Bloom 2026 is Young Women Empowered's annual spring celebration and fundraising gala that brings the community together in support of young women and gender-expansive youth.

Join us on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at the Northwest African American Museum. Doors open at 12:30 PM, with the program running from 1-4 PM.

As the cost of living, food, and transportation continues to rise, young people in our community face increasing barriers to accessing the resources they need. Young Women Empowered (Y-WE) works to remove those barriers through free mentorship programs, camps, and community events that foster belonging, wellness, and leadership.

Y-WE Bloom is not a typical gala. It is an immersive experience featuring live pop-up performances, youth-driven creativity, and opportunities to engage directly with Y-WE's work. Together, we will raise vital funds to ensure youth in our programs have the tools to thrive and step confidently into their futures.

Why Attend?

  • Celebrate: the talent and leadership of Y-WE youth.
  • Connect: with a community committed to equity and youth empowerment.
  • Contribute: to programs that provide essential resources and support year-round.

Y-WE Bloom is a chance to show up for young people and be part of a collective effort to build a more equitable future. Come for the joy, stay for the impact, and leave knowing you made a difference.
