Auction Rules & Guidelines
ELIGIBILITY
Only individuals who are 16 years of age and over and legal residents of the United States are eligible to bid. Bidders of any auction items that include alcohol must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to show acceptable proof of age prior to being awarded the item. Eligible bidders do not need to be physically present at Providence Park to participate, unless in-person attendance is required in the item description. Auction entry is void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply.
Shipping is not available to locations outside of the United States. If you provide a shipping address outside of the US, we reserve the right to cancel your winning bid unless you can pick up the item in person or provide a US address for shipping. REGISTRATION
By registering for the Stand Together Auction, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction and acknowledging that your information will be shared with in accordance with those terms and conditions. By entering a credit card into GiveSmart for use in the Stand Together Auction, you acknowledge that all bids are final and authorize GiveSmart and Stand Together to charge the card for items won in the Stand Together Auction.
BIDDING
Bids must be placed through GiveSmart, our mobile auction platform. All bids are final and cannot be adjusted once placed. Bidding is not allowed following the close of the auction. Stand Together, Peregrine TeamCo LLC, and their affiliates, and all of their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and agents (collectively, "Releasees") are not responsible if a bid fails to go through for any reason, including due to a technical malfunction, failure, or other difficulty, and the auction results will remain as finalized.
Once you have completed registration, you will receive a welcome message via email and/or text (texts are only sent if you opt-in to text message notifications during registration), linking to the Items page where you can browse and start bidding on auction items.
You can allow the system to automatically bid up to a designated amount for you. The system will bid incrementally up to the amount designated as long as someone else places a bid against you*. If no one bids against your auto-bid, the price remains the same.
*Note: When two bids are placed for the same amount, the bid placed first wins.
WINNERS
Winners will be notified via email or text message immediately following the close of each auction.
You can track your status by clicking "My Activity" at the top of the Items page. Stand Together reserves the right to void bids if it determines or suspects, in its sole discretion, fraud or tampering.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made using the credit card on file with the mobile auction platform.
Payment must be received within 24 hours of the auction closing time and prior to item pick-up. If payment has not been received within 24 hours of the closing time, any remaining balance due will be automatically charged to the card on file on the next business day after the 24-hour period has expired. If such charge does not or cannot go through, Stand Together reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void the winning bid.
You are responsible for any applicable sales or use tax, duties, or governmental fees associated with your purchase.
ITEM PICK-UP
Winning bidders may choose from two convenient pickup methods.
1) Pick up at Providence Park:
Items can be collected in person at Providence Park, Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. To ensure availability, pickups must be scheduled at least one business day in advance.
2) Mail:
Items may be shipped directly to the winning bidder. A flat $10 shipping fee will apply to all items sold for over $20. Please ensure your contact and delivery information is accurate to avoid delays. Releasees shall not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ownership of any Item passes to you upon shipment.
RELEASE
By registering for the Stand Together Auction, you agree to release and hold the Releasees harmless from and against any claim or cause of action (and any associated costs, losses, or damages) arising in whole or in part out of participating in such auction or the receipt, redemption, or use of any Item.
