When and where is the event?

Upon arrival, please enter the main lobby and follow the signage to our registration table. The golf tournament will run from 7-8:30 PM.

What is the dress code?

Casual attire is recommended.

Will food and drinks be served?

Yes! A buffet will be available throughout the evening. Guests will receive drink tickets at check-in, which can be used for house wine and beer. A cash bar will also be available for additional beverages.

Is parking available?

Yes, ample parking is available. Please note that valet service is not provided.

Will there be an auction?

Yes! Our silent auction opens at 6 PM and closes around 8:45 PM. Guests can also participate in a 50/50 raffle.

Do you provide shipping for winning auction items?

Yes. If items are not picked up at the event, shipping costs will be billed to the winner via GiveSmart. Shipping is $20 for most items, $30 for bats, and $50 for artwork.
