Order of Events for May 2rd, 2026
4:00 pm - Please join us at Mass to kick off our Auction evening. We invite you to come together in prayer as we begin this special event. Your presence will make the evening even more meaningful as we celebrate in faith.
5:00 pm - Guests begin to arrive. Enjoy appetizers from The Stillery. Register your credit card and pick up your auction booklet at the registration table. Browse the silent auction room to see all the exciting items for bid. Stop by the Lancer Lounge for beverages. Purchase your raffle tickets for a chance to win the $1000 cash prize! Grab your 2026/2027 Out of Uniform Passes - perfect for the upcoming school year. Don't miss out on the Wine Pull - you could win a bottle of wine and add a special touch to your dinner.
6:00 pm - Dinner prayer by Father Tim and buffet from The Stillery opens. Dinner menu: brisket, pulled chicken, roasted potatoes, baked beans, Tex Mex vegetable medley, and Ceasar salad. GF options available upon request.
7:00 pm - Let's kick off our "Boots & Bling" night with some fun and excitement! Pillars Bingo: Don't miss two exciting rounds of Bingo, with even more chances to win!
8:00 pm - LIVE AUCTION BEGINS!
9:00 pm - Fund-a-Need STARTS!
9:45 pm - Pizza delivery and check out begins
What to Wear, What to Wear...
This year's theme is "Boots & Bling". Come dressed in Western style with a touch of sparkle! Cowgirl-chic with a glamorous twist for the ladies - Western boots or booties paired with dresses, skirts, or denim and feel free to add a little bling! Western sharp with some shine for the men - Cowboy boots, denim and button downs; bonus points for bolo ties. Cowboy hats for all are optional but on-theme!
