Silent Auction & Bidding

Who can participate in the Silent Auction?
Anyone 18+ can bid, and you must be 21+ to bid on alcohol-related packages. You're welcome to share the auction link with friends and family.

How do I register and start bidding?

How will I know if I've been outbid or if I've won?
GiveSmart will send you text notifications when you're outbid or when you win. If you're not receiving texts, double-check that your mobile number is correct in your profile.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card is required at registration. If you'd like to use cash, check, stock, or bank transfer instead, please email us before the event so we can support alternate payment arrangements.

No worries, just reach out to us directly and we'll walk you through it. Please email our event coordinator Sara at sara@cottonwoodinstitute.org.
