WHERE DO I PURCHASE ADMISSIONS?

You can browse the event site and auction items (which go live on January 26) without having to do anything. If you would like to attend the in-person event, go back to the event home page, and then click on the link "Buy Tickets Here" at the top of the page.  Admission sales closed on January 5 for those wanting to attend in person.

If you miss the admission deadline, you can still participate virtually! Anyone, from any location, can bid on silent auction items and make a donation. You will need to register and create an account. Registration is FREE! A valid email address is required for registration and providing a mobile phone number is highly recommended. Creating an account allows our office to communicate important updates and reminders before, during, and after the event.

If you are a guest of a sponsor, please check with your host as they should have registered your information with the sponsorship registration.  You will also receive an email a few days before the event with more detailed information on the evening.

WHERE DO THE FUNDS FROM THIS EVENT GO?

All funds raised go to support the entire St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System. Money raised supports teachers, ensures funding of critical educational programs, and keeps tuition as low as possible.

WHAT IS FUND OUR FUTURE?

Each year at Celebrate, a critical portion of the evening is Fund Our Future. During Fund Our Future, we simply ask for tax deductible donations to support our students, staff, and school system. We are generally blessed with matching dollars for these donations as well.

WHAT IS COOKIES FOR A CAUSE?

As planning begins for Celebrate, System staff have the opportunity to request an item (or items) for use in their classroom/department. Cookies for a Cause represents these needs. When you purchase a Cookies for a Cause item, you are fulfilling that staff member's specific request. As a token of thanks, you will receive a delicious bag of Mr. Reynebeau's cookies. Sales for these begin at Celebrate for event attendees. Visit the Cookies for a Cause table in the ballroom to satisfy a wish. Post-event, items not purchased during the event will be available beginning on Monday.

I DON'T LIVE IN THE FOX VALLEY, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Of course! Anyone, from any location, can bid on silent auction items and make a donation.  You will need to register and create an account.  It does not cost anything to register, all you need is a valid email address.

CAN I JUST DONATE TO CELEBRATE IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND IN-PERSON?

Absolutely and thank you for your support! You can make a tax-deductible gift via the "Donate Now" section on this website.

I WON A RAFFLE ITEM AND/OR WAS THE WINNING BIDDER ON AN ITEM(S).  WHERE CAN I PICK ITEMS UP?

Post-event, we will run reports on purchases made and items won. We will then be in contact with you to coordinate a pick-up date/time. If you are a System parent, depending on the size of the item, we will try to coordinate that the item be available to pick up at your oldest child's campus. Any items containing alcohol will have to have a coordinated pick-up time with someone in the Advancement office. If you attend the event, you can head over to the silent auction area and our volunteers will help you collect your item(s).

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE RAFFLE TICKETS?

Tickets will be distributed to each student to bring home to their parents prior to Celebrate. If you are not a System parent, or if you would like more tickets, you can purchase raffle tickets through the Scrip Office (101 E Northland Ave) Monday - Thursday between 7:30 AM and Noon. Raffle tickets will also be on sale for those attending the event in-person at Celebrate.

IF I AM ATTENDING CELEBRATE, WHERE DO I PARK?

There are several parking ramps located near the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Downtown Appleton, providing safe, convenient parking. Each ramp features a unique color-code (Green, Red, and Yellow) to be easily recognized.

· The Red (Hilton), Green (PAC/Fox Cities Performing Arts Center) and Yellow (east on Washington St.) parking ramps are now pay-as-you-exit and accept cash, credit cards, permits and validated hotel cards.

· If you park in the Red parking garage, you may enter the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel via the skywalk and stay warm inside by entering the Exhibition Center via the skywalk from the hotel to the Center.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Much of Celebrate's night-of success is due to our amazing volunteers. This event requires about 100 people the weekend of Celebrate. There are many opportunities to volunteer and many ways and times to get involved. We need help setting up for the event (Friday and Saturday), at the event itself, and immediately following the event for takedown. All volunteers at the Celebrate event Saturday night will receive a meal, snacks, beverages, be entered into a drawing for great prizes, and have the opportunity to bid on items, buy raffle tickets, and socialize throughout the night outside of their volunteer shift.  This is a great way to attend the event free of charge by working a portion of the evening and "celebrate"ing the rest of the evening.  See the Volunteer SignUpGenius on this website to volunteer.

I AM ATTENDING CELEBRATE, WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There are many names for different attire choices. There isn't a strict rule at Celebrate, but in general, the event is cocktail attire. We found this newer category online to help explain what probably best fits our event:  Razzle-Dazzle! An attire selection that encompasses creative cocktail and has also been used to describe festive dress codes which feature a semi-formal theme such as cocktail dresses, long skirts with tops, or formal pantsuits for women and suits or jackets with flair for men. The aim here is to incorporate themes or the theme colors of the event. For women, heels and a dress are the safest option here and for men, suits or jackets are the safest option.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?

Please reach out to Sami or Lisa at (920) 735-9380 or sgoehring@XavierCatholicSchools.org and we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. We love talking about this event!
