EVENT SCHEDULE
1:00pm-4:00pm: Throughout the event
Attendees can enjoy on-site engagements, place your bets on the races' winners, and enjoy ice cold beers with a $1 giveback from our Hosting Sponsor, Midwest Coast Brewing!
2:00pm-2:30pm: Peanut Presents: Tiny Dog 500
It's time to start your engines - we'll line up to see which Tiny Dog will come out on top! The races wrap up with an awards ceremony where we'll celebrate our champion!
2:30pm-2:45pm: Top Dog: Hot Dog Eating Contest, sponsored by Upton's Naturals
Join our Judge, World-Record-holding competitive eater Patrick Bertoletti, to see who can chow down on 5 vegan hot dogs with buns the fastest! Top winners will receive gift cards for local Chicago eateries and bragging rights! See below for more information about the competition and our Judge!
3:00pm-3:30pm: Tiny Dog 500 Race Finals
The top racers from each division will compete for the gold, silver, and bronze!
3:30pm: Champion Ceremony!

TICKETING DETAILS
Spectator Tickets
Spectator tickets include 1 human ticket and access to the races and on-site activities.
Athlete & Handler Tickets
Includes 1 Athlete canine ticket, 1 handler ticket, and access to the races and on-site activities. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to select the correct division for your athlete.
(Non-Athlete) Canine Tickets
Includes 1 dog ticket, only 20 tickets available!
Vegan HotDog Eating Competitor Tickets
Includes 1 ticket for a spectator who would also like to participate in the Top Dog: Vegan Hot Dog Eating Contest, sponsored by Upton's Naturals, plus access to the races and on-site activities. If you've already purchased a Spectator ticket and would like to participate in the Top Dog Contest, please purchase the Add-On: Eating Contest Entry ticket.
**Please note that all tickets for this event are non-transferrable**
If you purchased tickets, but are no longer able to attend, please email stephanie.cascio@onetail.org for a refund so we can release tickets for the folks who missed out!

NEW this year - Top Dog: Vegan Hot Dog Eating Contest, sponsored by Upton's Naturals!
Love vegan hot dogs? Think you can eat 5 faster than anyone else? Enter our Top Dog: Vegan Hot Dog Eating Contest, sponsored by Upton's Naturals! This event will take place at this year's Tiny Dog 500 on Sunday, September 7th at Midwest Coast Brewing Company.
The contest will be judged by World-Record-holding competitive eater Patrick Bertoletti, who won the Nathan's Hot Dog Mustard Belt Title in 2024 after eating 58 hot dogs with buns in just 10 minutes.
About our Judge, Patrick Bertoletti:
Patrick Bertoletti is a local competitive eater who is known for dozens of World Records (like 47 donuts in 5 minutes!) as well as winning the Nathan's Hot Dog Mustard Belt Title in 2024 after eating 58 hot dogs with buns in just 10 minutes. Patrick is a rescue dog lover - pictured below with his pups Deb and Lou - and will be making his second appearance supporting One Tail at a Time - the first being when he challenged a dog to a canned dog food eating contest in support of Giving Tuesday.
