Gala Highlights
This is a rooftop cocktail-style gala, the perfect opportunity to mix, mingle with other guests as there is no assigned seating, and celebrate 45 years with us under the stars!
Enjoy three delicious food stations, live music from DJ Dense of the LA Clippers, a silent and live auction, and a program honoring our founders and community champions.
What to Wear
Dress code: Dressy California Chic Cocktail Attire
Expect a beautiful evening with sunny skies and a high of 72°F, dipping to about 68°F later in the evening.
It may be warm on the dance floor but a bit chilly on the rooftop, so bring a blazer, jacket or sweater to stay comfortable. And don't forget your dancing shoes.
Get to the Gala Faster with Pre Check-in
We're introducing Pre Check-In to help you skip the line and start celebrating sooner!
Here's how it works:
- On the morning of the gala, you'll receive a link to check-in via email and text.
- Once you park, complete the form with your details.
- Show your confirmation screen or email to Crystal Stairs staff at the entrance.
- Our team will verify your check-in, provide your wristband, and you'll be on your way to the rooftop celebration!
If you don't pre-check in, no worries, our staff will assist you when you arrive at Cosm.

Bid on incredible items and experiences, all for a cause!
Funds raised through the silent auction directly support Crystal Stairs' mission to uplift families and strengthen communities through child care and family support programs.

Directions & Parking
- Parking is available in Parking Structure 3 (PS3) on Stadium Drive, located directly behind Cosm.
- Ride-share drop-off is available near the entrance (follow event signage).
- Parking Validation: Free for the first 4 hours and $5 for each half hour after. Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you!
Venue Policies
- Bags, totes, fanny packs, and camera bags are not permitted.
- Small clutches and wallets under 5" x 9" x 1" are allowed (subject to inspection).
- Medical and parental bags under 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted (subject to inspection).
Bar Service and Cashless Venue
We'll have a cash bar available throughout the evening, guests are responsible for purchasing their own drinks.
Cosm is a fully cash-free venue, which means only debit, credit, and mobile/contactless payments will be accepted.
