Here's everything you need to know about the evening:

• Please check in at guest registration when you arrive. We do not mail physical tickets.
• Business/dress casual attire is respectfully requested.
• Valet and street parking is available.
• Mingling with the players and celebrities is encouraged; however, to maximize support for the Jo Adell Foundation, posed photos and autographs will be reserved for select sponsors and group purchasers.
• Mr. Adell will only be signing bottles of his charity wine; additional items are prohibited and will not be autographed by any team members.

• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to receive a wine gift and consume alcohol.
• $150 from each general admission ticket is considered a charitable donation; sponsors will be provided with specific donation details.
• Proceeds from the evening benefit registered 501(c)(3) organizations, the Jo Adell Foundation (EIN 83-2820424) and the Angels Baseball Foundation (EIN 20-0713975).
• By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Your participation constitutes your consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in any media, including print and digital, for promotional and publicity purposes related to this event, Uncork for a Cause, and its partners - without compensation or additional approval. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify an event staff member upon arrival.
