SPCA Cincinnati is committed to ethically sourced ingredients, all chicken served is cage free, sourced from local farms.  Grass Fed Beef for Gala appetizers have been provided by the Texas XIT Ranch.  Thank you to Peter and Vicki Alpaugh for their support for making these options available to our Gala guests.

• Slow Braised Short Ribs with Onion BBQ Demi-glace paired with Beer Brine Chicken with a BBQ Velouté and accompanied with Three cheese Mac and cheese and Southern Collard Greens
• Rolls, Cornbread Muffins with honey drizzle butter option
