Cathy is a seasoned nonprofit executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations in the social services and mental health sectors.

Since joining Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas in 2010, she has served in key leadership roles-including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer-before being named President and CEO in 2018.

During her tenure, Cathy has led the agency through a period of significant growth. Under her leadership, JFS expanded from a $3 million to nearly $14 million operation, increased its staff to more than 100 professionals, and broadened its reach to three service locations across North Texas. She has driven strategic initiatives focused on program innovation, operational efficiency, talent development, and long-term sustainability-while maintaining a deep commitment to serving the evolving needs of the community.

With unbridled respect from peers, her team at Jewish Family Service, and the community at large, Cathy is known for her integrity, inclusive leadership, and stout dedication to strengthening lives through comprehensive, accessible, and impactful services.

Leveraging her experience in in clinical mental health, Cathy's leadership is flavored with compassion, insight, and a total commitment to demonstrating "a servant's heart".
