Ball Drop will be held on October 17, 2025 at Tijeras Creek Golf Club.  In the event of inclement weather, the ball drop will be scheduled on the next possible business day mutually agreed upon by Tijeras Creek GC and organizers of the McKenna Claire Foundation Golf Event (MCF). The ball that is closest to the hole wins.  Distance to the hole is measured by the closest point of the ball to the rim of the hole, as determined by the judge.  If two or more balls are equidistant from the hole, this will be considered a tie.  If a ball falls into the hole, it will be considered closest to the hole.  If two or more balls fall into the hole, the first ball in the hole will be considered the winner.  In the event of a tie, the GRAND PRIZE will be split equally among the balls tied.  ONLY one GRAND PRIZE will be awarded.  The GRAND PRIZE  is equal to 1/2 of the net proceeds of the contest up to a maximum of $2,500.  In the event of any dispute in the contest, the contest judge will rule and the judge's decision Is final and incontestable.  MCF reserves the right to refuse to sell a "ball" to any person.  The winner need not be present to win.  The GRAND PRIZE will NOT be awarded if the winner's payment is dishonored in any way or for any reason.  The winner may be responsible for taxes and a Form 1099 may be submitted to the IRS.  The winner agrees to permit his/her name to be used in any advertising, promotion, publicity or press release regarding the contest.  The winner must sign a liability release prior to acceptance of the GRAND PRIZE.  Pursuant to the liability release the winner will agree to hold MCF and any directors or members harmless against any and all claims or liability arising or indirectly from the prize or contest.  Purchase of a "ball" indicates acceptance of the rules and regulations of the "Ball Drop"
