How do I get a bidder number?

• If you're pre-registered, you'll be assigned a bidder number the evening of October 13th and will receive it via text message. If you're NOT pre-registered, you can do so upon your arrival to the Fair. Just visit the Registration Desk where you'll be asked for your contact details, including cell phone number, as well as a credit card to put on file.

How do I place a bid?

• If you see an item, online or at the Fair, you'd like to bid on, tap the item. Enter your bidder number, the amount you'd like to bid. 

What is auto-bid?

• Auto-bid is a feature you can opt-in to for each item you're bidding on. It allows you to automatically bid on an item if you're out bid but with a set maximum. You'll be notified via text message each time you're out bid and then the auto-bid status.

How can I keep track of all of my bids?

• Once you've placed a bid, you can track all of your bids on the site under the "Pay" tab.

How do I know if I win an item?

• The auction closes at 5 pm and processing starts immediately. Good news--you do not need to be present to win. If you're the highest bidder at closing, you'll receive a text message.

How do I collect my item?

• Items can be collected beginning the following day, Sunday between 2 pm and 4 pm as well as a few days the following week. A text message with pick up details will be sent to all auction winners once the auction closes on Saturday, Oct 18th.
