Lou Holsonback serves as a Volunteer Partner to the Senior Community Disaster Program Manager, and Regional Events Administrator, driven by a deep belief in service, teamwork, and the power of prepared communities. He plays a key role in supporting volunteers and strengthening efforts that help communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. 

Lou is passionate about leadership development and enjoys helping others grow into confident, capable leaders-especially in challenging and uncertain environments. Known for his approachable style and steady presence, he values building genuine relationships and creating spaces where people feel supported, respected, and motivated to do their best work. 

Whether coordinating volunteers, collaborating with partners, or mentoring emerging leaders, Luther leads with purpose, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility. His dedication is rooted in a desire to make a positive, lasting impact-both within his teams and in the communities they serve. 

He lives with his wife Nancy in McNairy County.
