Alysia is the EY Americas Metro New York Office Managing Partner at Ernst & Young

LLP, where she oversees the firm's headquarters and largest office, leading

approximately 14,500 professionals across New York City, Hoboken, and Manhattan

wavespace™ locations. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services,

she previously served as an Assurance partner focusing on wealth and asset

management, leading complex accounting and valuation projects including IPOs,

business combinations, and regulatory matters for both domestic and global

organizations.

As a working mother of two sons with autism, Alysia is a passionate advocate for the

neurodivergent community and champion of work-life balance, frequently speaking on

neurodiversity and inclusiveness topics. She serves on multiple boards including NYC

Autism Charter Schools and WhyHunger, represents EY on the New York Jobs CEO

Council, and was named EY Working Mother of the Year in 2021. A dedicated New

Yorker and passionate runner who has completed 30 marathons including 17 NYC

Marathons for charity, Alysia is deeply committed to the city's continued growth and

revitalization.
