What is Whisker Brunch?
Formerly Whisker Ball, Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region invites you to the most glamorous event of the year, Whisker Brunch: Prosecco, Pearls, and Pueblo Pets, on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at the Pueblo Convention Center. Located at 320 Central Main St, Pueblo, CO 81003.
FREE parking is located in the Central Main Street parking garage directly across the street from the Convention Center.
Whisker Brunch is one of Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region's annual signature fundraising events. This elevated brunch includes decadent pastries, cash bar, a scrumptious plated meal, silent and live auctions, ears or tails game, and the highly anticipated Better Together Pet Parade! Tickets
Individual Human Ticket $95
Includes (1) human entry into the event, light bites and coffee during cocktail hour, and a gourmet multi-course meal.
Individual Human & Dog Ticket $105
Includes (1) human and (1) dog entry into the event, light bites and coffee during cocktail hour, and gourmet multi-course meal. Limited availability.
*Limit one dog per human. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines, well-behaved, and leashed at all times. Retractable leashes are strongly discouraged. See why HERE
Table Sponsor $1,500
Includes name in program & website listing, guaranteed group seating for up to eight (8) guests, and table signage.
Attire
Channel the timeless elegance of Breakfast at Tiffany's. Classic styles, elegant dresses, tailored separates, and plenty of pearls are recommended!
Meals
Guests will choose either a meat or a vegan plate for a multi-course brunch.
Meat Entree- A fluffy egg frittata filled with farm-fresh spinach, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and creamy cheddar cheese. Served with a side of smoky bacon, brie, and berries.
Vegan Entree- A hearty tofu scramble composed of tofu, onions, mushrooms, carrots, black soybeans, spinach, and potatoes with perfectly seasoned tomato puree and crispy hashbrowns on the side. Served with a flaky vegan pastry.
*Don't forget to select your meal preference and list any dietary restrictions by 8 p.m. on 11/9/2025. Any guests who have not selected a meal preference by the deadline will be assigned the Meat Entree.
Auction Information
Whether you're able to join us at the event or not, you can still help animals in need by participating in this year's silent auction. All bidding is done from your smart phone or computer so you can bid from anywhere in the world, starting 11/8/25!
The Silent Auction will run through the close of Whisker Brunch on Saturday, November 15th at approximately 1:00 p.m. A 5-minute countdown clock banner will be featured on the site so that you can place your final bids.
Winning bidders in attendance at Whisker Brunch must check-out and receive a "PAID" stamp before picking up their items in the hallway after the event. For winning bidders not in attendance at Whisker Brunch, post-event auction pick up will take place on Wednesday, November 19th from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or after 11/19/25 by scheduled appointment only. Contact events@hsppr.org to coordinate a pickup time/location. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items.

Photobooth
Be sure to visit the free photo booth located in the silent auction room and open during the cocktail hour! Grab your friends, strike a pose, and take home a fun keepsake from the event!
Ears OR Tails Game
Join the fun with the "Ears or Tails" Game. Your $25 donation to HSPPR gets you an entry to play the game and a chance to win! Purchase an entry and receive a pair of cat ears at check-in, silent auction room, or ballroom. When the auctioneer announces it's time to play "Ears or Tails" all participants must put on their ears and stand to play!
The "Ears or Tails" game will be played in the ballroom (you must attend Whisker Brunch to play & win) at approximately 12:05 p.m.
How "Ears or Tails" Works:
Auctioneer asks all Ears or Tails participants to stand up. Then participants select either "ears" or "tails" by putting their hands on their ears or their tails! The auctioneer flips a coin and announces whether the coin came up heads or tails. Those participants whose choice matches the coin flip get to stay standing-everyone else sits down. The auctioneer continues asking participants to select "ears" or "tails," then flipping the coin, until only one player is left standing as the WINNER!
