Seating Levels

Runway Table - $8,400 

- Table of 12 seats - Sold as a full table only, must be purchased by one individual  

- Up close and personal - Runway Tables line the sides of the runway

- Complimentary bottle of champagne  - Host receives 5 raffle tickets for the graduation seating raffle

-Printed keepsake programs for each attendee

Premier Table - SOLD OUT

General Table - $2,500 - $3,000 ($250 per seat)

- Table of 10  seats - Sold as a full table

- Table of 12 seats - Sold as a full table of 10 plus purchase 2 General Seats to equal 12 seats

- General Tables form the third row of tables and beyond

General Seat - $250

- Sold by the seat (to form a table with others)

- General seating throughout the ballroom

- General Tables seat 10 OR 12 patrons

If you are splitting a General Table with another family or group:

• Coordinate in advance so all purchasers know exactly how many seats each person is buying.
• Establish a Group Name for your table.  Each purchaser must enter the same Group Name so the reservations can be seated together.
• It is best if group purchases can be made on the same day, if at all possible.
• If the total seats purchased do not equal a full table (10 or 12 seats), the group will share the table with another group (or groups).

Important Information

• Seat/table placement is assigned based on the date and time stamp of the reservation and payment.
• The fair market value of each seat is $250.
• No physical tickets will be issued.
• Xavier can only provide tax receipts to patrons who purchase their reservations online, directly from Xavier. If seats are purchased from another parent, a tax receipt cannot be issued.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
