HOW WILL I VIEW THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
Upon registering, you will receive an email and text with a direct link to join the virtual event. You'll be able to see us, but we won't be able to see you-so the dress code is "couch comfortable."
CAN I TEST MY ACCESS BEFORE THE EVENT?
Yes, you will be able to connect to the virtual event site in advance.
HOW DO I START BIDDING?
Browse the auction by selecting "Items" on the auction homepage and start bidding on your favorite artwork. You can place bids, set a maximum bid, and the platform will automatically keep you in the running up to your limit.
Please note: you must be registered and have a credit card on file to participate.
HOW WILL MY CELL PHONE AND EMAIL BE USED?
Your contact information will be used only for auction-related communications, including bidding updates, event information, checkout instructions, and distribution of auction items. You may also opt to receive updates from the Massachusetts Environmental Trust. You can unsubscribe from messages at any time.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON AN ITEM?
Winners will be notified via text and email after the auction closes.
ARE WINNING BIDS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
Yes. The tax-deductible portion of your contribution is the amount paid above the fair market value of the artwork, in accordance with IRS guidelines. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
All purchases will be charged to the credit card on file shortly after the auction ends. The charge will appear as: MASSACHUSETTS ENVIRONMENTAL TRUST
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
Artwork fulfillment will be coordinated directly by the artist once full payment has been received, ensuring secure and insured delivery. A member of the Massachusetts Environmental Trust team will follow up with instructions after the auction.
