Gala Program: What to Expect

5:30 PM | Registration Begins: Arrive early to beat the lines, register with ease, explore our LNP Through the Years exhibition, and enjoy cocktails before the ballroom opens. 
6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour: Enjoy the LNP Through the Years exhibition, drinks, small bites, and your chance to purchase a Golden Glass Raffle Ticket.
7:20 PM  | Dinner: Our plated, three-course dinner service will begin in the ballroom.
8:00 PM | Paddle Raise & Live Auction: First, join us in the Paddle Raise, an inspiring moment to give directly in support of Los Ninos Primero's mission. Then, get ready to bid on exclusive items and experiences in our Live Auction.
9:00 PM | Dance the Night Away: Celebrate with live music and dancing!


Know Before You Go

If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?

Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest.  You will need to tell our registration table the name of the person who is unable to attend, and provide them with the name of your new guest.  Your new guest will be issued a bidder number to use throughout the evening.

Please note, as of September 12th, all meals will be submitted to the hotel, and we cannot guarantee new guests will get their preferred choice. We will do our best to accommodate.


Can I register my Credit Card to use the evening of the event?

Yes, you can register your credit card within your GiveSmart account. If you have trouble registering your card online, please bring your credit card to register the night of the event.

Where should I park?

Complimentary self-parking is included with your Gala ticket.
Guests needing assistance may be dropped off at the front entrance.
Valet is also available to be paid for by the guest. 


What time does the event begin?

Check-in registration begins at 5:30 p.m.

What is the dress code for the evening?

The evening's dress code is formal evening attire (black tie optional).


What is included with the ticket?

🍽️ Plated, three-course dinner. Guests can select from the options below:

  • Roasted Halibut | Vegetable Risotto, Soy Miso Glaze
  • Grilled Beef Tenderloin | Garlic Boursin Mashed Potatoes, Merlot Demi
  • Ratatouille Vegetable Tart | Wilted Garlic Spinach, Roasted Tomato Sauce 

Guests can also include any dietary restrictions or food allergies in the prompt following the meal selection.

  • If you are the winning bidder on a silent auction item, you are responsible for paying the amount of your winning bid.

  • If you are the winning bidder on a live auction item, you are responsible for paying the amount of your winning bid.

  • If you raise your paddle during "Bid for the Kids," you are responsible for paying the amount of your pledge(s).

  • You will have 48 hours to complete checkout using the link sent to the email or phone number you provided.

  • If payment is not completed by September 22nd at 9:00 p.m., the card you placed on file during registration will be charged automatically.
