Where is the event taking place?

Day at the Ranch is taking place at Calamigos Ranch - 327 Latigo Canyon Rd, Malibu, CA 90265.

Enter Calamigos Ranch from Mulholland Hwy and follow signs directing you to the event space. NOTE: Input the address into your GPS, NOT "Calamigos Ranch."

When is the event taking place?

Day at the Ranch is taking place on Sunday, November 16 from 11am-3pm. Click HERE for the schedule of activities.

What is the parking situation?

Parking is available in the North 40 Parking Lot and in the Overflow Lot. Parking attendants and signage will be available to direct you. 

Parking shuttles to/from the Overflow Lot will be available, courtesy of Hollywood Teamsters Local 399. 

Guests can drop-off their passengers in the North 40 Parking Lot before finding a space in the Overflow Lot. 

Will I receive physical tickets? 

There are no physical tickets for Day at the Ranch. All guest names will need to be provided for our Will Call list. If you did not provide guest names during the registration process, please Assign Tickets through the notification emails you have received or send names directly to events@mptf.com by Thursday, 11/13.

I can't attend. Can I get a refund?

While tickets are not refundable, please be aware your contribution is still making a difference in supporting MPTF programs and services. If you or any of your guests are no longer able to attend, you can reassign tickets to a new guest in the system. You can also donate your tickets back to MPTF by contacting us at events@mptf.com.

Can I bring friends/family and buy tickets at the event?

Yes! Tickets will be available for purchase at the check-in tent.

What should I bring/wear?

The event is now primarily inside but we suggest being  prepared for the weather.  The event will take place rain or shine.

Can I bring my own food?

The BBQ lunch buffet will be available from 12pm-2pm with a variety of options, including vegetarian selections. If you have a strict diet, please feel free to bring your own food.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Alcohol will be available for purchase. Only credit card purchases will be accepted at the bar; no cash.

How can I purchase raffle tickets?

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the Raffle & Auction tent. Only credit card payment will be accepted.

Are animals allowed at the event?

While we love your furry family members, animals, including emotional support animals, are not allowed at the Day at the Ranch.  If you have a service animal, please email events@mptf.com.

What is the Health & Safety Protocol to attend the event?

To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please DO NOT ATTEND if you are feeling sick, experiencing symptoms, or have been knowingly exposed to COVID-19 within 72 hours of the event.
