What's included in my ticket cost?
Your ticket includes your admission to the event, all pre-show entertainment, viewing of the film and our firework send-off!
Will there be food available?
Yes! The stadium will have certain concession stands open! This will be for purchase and is not included in your ticket costs. Beer and wine will be available as well.
AUCTION & RAFFLES:
If I don't buy a ticket for the event, can I participate in the auction and raffles?
Yes! If you are not coming to the in-person event but would still like to buy raffle tickets or view and bid on items in the silent auction, simply create a GiveSmart account if you do not already have one by clicking the tab that says "Sign Up to Participate". Here you will be able to register, browse and bid!
What if I won't be in town during the event?
You are welcome to bid on items whether you are near or far! You are also welcome to purchase raffle tickets, as you do not need to be present to win.
I have friends from out of town that would like to participate, are they allowed?
Absolutely! We encourage all to participate in the silent auction! We can ship items for a fee.
AUCTION ITEMS & BIDDING:
There are a lot of fun and exciting things to bid on! All participants are invited to bid on auction items whether near or far! Auction items will open for viewing on 8/6/2025 (new items will continue to be added) and you can begin bidding on 8/13/2025. All auction items will close at 8:30 PM on Thursday, August 14th.
How do I bid?
You can bid on any item with your computer, smartphone, or via text message!
You can also have GiveSmart automatically bid for you--up to a designated amount--by selecting the Auto Bid tab. Enter your highest bid amount and we'll increase your bid as needed to keep you winning until your amount is reached! You will receive a text notification when you have been outbid at your highest amount entered.
On Your Phone: Click the blue link in your welcome text message (from when you registered) and it will take you to your personal bidding page. Click on an item you would like to bid on. If you do not have the text message, go to the auction's webpage, log in, and begin bidding!
How will I know if I'm outbid?
If you are outbid, you will receive a notification email and a text message (you must opt-in to receive text message notifications). You will know as soon as you are outbid and can immediately go back to your item and bid on it again. This feature is active for every item in the auction.
When and where can I pick up my winnings?
Items can be picked up the night of the event OR from Hospice of Central New York and the Finger Lakes, 990 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088. Pick-up information will be sent to winning bidders after the event, and refunds will not be given on unclaimed items. All sales are final.
Should the buyer live out-of-state and need items to be shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Hospice of Central New York will be in touch to help make those arrangements post-event.
Payment:
All purchases made will be charged at time of purchase. For day of event purchases including all silent auction items, will be closed out on Thursday, August 14th.
