Can't attend in person? No problem! You can still join the excitement by participating in the silent auction or donating online.
Attire: Business Cocktail Attire
Tickets: No need to print your ticket! When you purchase or are gifted a ticket, it is automatically assigned to you. Simply provide your name at the check-in counter upon arrival.
Parking: Free parking for attendees; Handicap access available.
Seating: Tables will be assigned to sponsors and attendees who purchased a full table. Individual Tickets will be placed at tables.
Food & Beverage: Your ticket includes appetizers, a buffet dinner and an open bar. Please remember to bring cash for tipping the bartenders!

Auction Registration & Participation:
- You must be registered to participate in bidding. Watch this quick video to walk you through registering and bidding.

- You can bid via your phone, tablet or computer. We will send emails and text messages letting you know the progress of items you are bidding on and other helpful information. If you are not receiving notifications after registering or have any issues with registering and using the site, please contact Justin Calabrese at jcalabrese@chrysaliscenterct.org with any questions or issues.
Auction Items: Check the event site and our Facebook page regularly as silent auction items are added!
Auction Bidding:
- All auction bidding will be done through Givesmart, including the silent auction, wine pulls, raffles and the Mission Moment. You can access this on your phone, tablet or computer.
- Visit Givesmart to sign in or create a login. Once you are registered, please enter your credit card information at this time so your purchases are not delayed. You will receive texts with important messages and announcements.
- Check out will be completed online via your Givesmart account.

Post-Auction Information:
- Bidding and/or purchasing of auction items closes on Thursday, October 9th, 2025 at 8:00 pm. You will receive a text letting you know which items you have won with a reminder to review your purchases. Credit cards will be charged Monday morning at 9:00 am.
- If you wish to pay by check please notify us by emailing Summer Sivetz at ssivetz@chrysaliscenterct.org
Auction Item Redemption:
- Please pick up any items purchased at the check-out tables during the event. Virtual items will be emailed to you after the event. If you purchased an item and are not attending the event in-person, you may pick up your item at our Chrysalis Center office the following week.
General Donations: General event donations can be gifted through GiveSmart. Donations to Chrysalis Center are also always accepted and welcomed.
