When does registration open?
Registration will open at 7a.m., the day of the tournament.
Where do I sign up?
If you are signing up with a credit card, you can register online here. If you need an invoice, please sign up by emailing OnCueGolf@oncueexpress.com.
When are flight times on the day of the tournament?
Morning flights will have a shotgun start at 8 a.m., and afternoon flights will have a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Announcements will be made 15 minutes prior to start times by the clubhouse.
Is breakfast and lunch provided? What time?
Lunch will be served for all participants and volunteers from 11 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the clubhouse. Coffee and other caffeinated beverages will be available in the morning, but breakfast items will not be provided this year. You can find small snacks in your goody bag at registration.
When do I have to have my payment in to participate?
Your payment must be submitted before the tournament in order to play.
Are spectators allowed to attend and watch?
Due to country club restrictions, we will not be allowing anyone who has not signed up to play or volunteer for the tournament to attend.
How will I be paired with my flight?
You may register a team of three, or enter as an individual golfer, and we will do our best to place every team with an OnCue employee to fill the four person flights. If there is a shortage of available employees, some individuals may be placed with other vendors, but we will avoid that if possible.
Is there a dress code?
Stillwater Country Club's rules dictate that all participants must wear collared shirts and appropriate bottoms (slacks, dress shorts or skorts). If a tournament player is not appropriately attired, he or she will not be allowed to play on the course unless a change of attire is obtained.
Are there contest holes at the tournament?
There will be several contest holes throughout the course.
- Free Contest Holes: On holes three, seven, 14 and 16, there will be a free closest-to-the-pin contest where the player closest to the pin in each flight will win $50. On hole nine, you can win a free car if you hit a hole in one. Restrictions apply and will be listed at the tee box.
- Donation Contest Holes:
- On hole 10, you may donate $10 to individually participate in the Longest Drive Contest, rewarding the person who hits the farthest in the fairway in their flight $50.
- At registration, you can purchase up to two mulligans per player for $10 per mulligan.
- On hole one, your team can choose to donate different amounts to get an automatic score on a hole -- $50 for a birdie, $100 for an eagle, $150 for an albatross and $200 for a hole in one.
How can I expect to pay the day of the tournament?
Payment options include cash, Venmo @oncueexpress or credit card via GolfWithOnCue.com or Square credit card readers where available.
How much are sponsorships for the tournament?

Will drinks be provided on the course?
There will be non-alcoholic drink coolers on par-three holes as well as two beer tents throughout the course. A beverage cart will be driving the course throughout the tournament, and the clubhouse bar will also be open. Each golfer gets two free beer tickets at registration courtesy of our beverage sponsors.
Event Policies:
- Stillwater Country Club reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be overconsumed.
- Personal coolers are not allowed on the golf course.
- If SCC suspects that alcoholic beverages have been brought onto the property by an event sponsor or participant, the tournament organizer will ensure the beverages are removed from the facility, or, if deemed necessary by the club, the participants involved may be asked to leave.
What is the time frame for the silent auction?
The silent auction will open weeks prior to the tournament and run until 3 p.m. the day of play. All winners will be notified by phone or email after the tournament. You can access the auction here.
