Auction Rules


GENERAL RULES


All items purchased must be paid in full at the end of the evening - a "paid" receipt will be provided to the paying guests so they may retrieve their items.


Payment may be made by cash, check, VISA, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard.


All items must be removed from the premises by the end of the evening, unless other arrangements have been made with Emmanuel Dining Room.

All items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable.


SILENT AUCTION RULES


The Silent Auction will begin at 2 p.m.


In the event of any dispute, the Auction Chairpersons shall have the sole discretion to determine the successful bidder.


LIVE AUCTION RULES

To bid on an item, raise your hand. Make sure the auctioneer acknowledges your bid.


Bidding on an item ceases when the auctioneer declares it sold.


The winning bidder should raise his or her hand so that a spotter may correctly identify the bidder and bidder number.


If an item has a minimum starting bid, the auctioneer will announce that minimum bid. If no one opens the bidding at the minimum starting bid, the item may be withdrawn from the auction.


GIFT CERTIFICATES/CARDS

If you are the winning bidder for a silent or live item that includes a gift card or certificate, the certificates will be available with your items after checkout.


Unless otherwise specified, all auction certificates and services must be used within one year after the date of the auction.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
