Kids Night Out 2025 Auction Details and Regulations

• All winning bids are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or substitutions unless noted otherwise in the item details.
• A pre-registered credit card is required to begin bidding. We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to complete payment another way (ie - check) please contact events@helpKCkids.org prior to 5:00 PM CST on Friday, April 25.
• Credit cards on file will be charged for all purchases/donations immediately after the event on Saturday, April 26 for all balances less than $1,000. For gifts above, $1,000 we will confirm payment preference with the donor on Monday, April 28, before running the card..
• Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services. Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity. Unless otherwise noted, all auction items and services must be used within one year of April 26, 2025. We appreciate your strict observance of these restrictions, as future donations depend upon it.
• Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City will communicate with all non-attending winning bidders after the auction closes regarding auction item pick-up/delivery. Certificates not picked up at the event will be sent via US mail. Winners unable to pick up their auction item(s) are responsible for any shipping and insurance charges.
• You must be at least 21 years old to bid on or win any packages containing alcohol and tours of alcoholic establishments (distillery, brewery, etc). Boys & Girls Clubs will not ship alcohol to a winning bidder.
• Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost after delivery/pickup post-event. The Clubs are under no obligation to extend, modify or change items or restrictions on items/certificates.
• Auction items may not be transferred from the original buyer to another auction outside of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City without prior written consent from the donor of the auction item.
• Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City reserves the right to withdraw any item from the event auction.
• Items depicted in the live online presentation are for illustration purposes and may not be actual auction items.
• Should an auction package become unredeemable due to some unforeseen circumstance, Boys & Girls Clubs will turn your support into a fully tax-deductible donation.
• All gift card usage is the responsibility of the buyer. Although the gift card and amount are currently valid, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City cannot be held responsible for unused gift cards at businesses that may cease to operate before the expiration date.
• Note: For tax purposes in regard to auction purchases, all contributions in excess of the fair market value of the item are tax deductible as a gift to a charitable organization.
