AUCTION RULES
 

• All Sales Are Final. Please note that some items have certain restrictions.

• The Ridgewood School Association, its employees, agents, and chairpersons for this event make no expressed or implied warranties on auction items; all items are sold "as is."

• Descriptions of items are for convenience only. The Ridgewood School Association is not responsible for errors in description, authenticity or condition of goods auctioned.

• All auction items need to be picked up at Ridgewood School, 2420 Saint Paris Pike, Springfield, by Monday, April 14, 2025 unless other arrangements have been previously made with Ridgewood School.

• Out-of-area winners, please call the school at 937-399-8900, to make shipping arrangements, at buyer's expense.

• You are encouraged to use your gift certificates in a timely manner. The Ridgewood School Association is not liable for any certificates that become void due to expiration date or store closing.
