Item Acquisition Instructions

Please complete this survey to let us know if you plan to use the pick up option or if you would like your item(s) shipped to you.

Completing the survey in a timely manner helps us help you get your items as smoothly and quickly as possible. There is no additional fee for either option outside of the per-item processing fee you applied and paid for at check out.

Pick Up Instructions

In-person pickup will be at auction sponsor Blue Bar Quilts (6333 University Ave, Middleton, WI) on the following days and times: 

• Thursday, December 4th, 3:30-6:00 p.m.
• Friday, December 5th, 2:30-5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, December 6th, 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Please be ready to show auction volunteers the email notification showing your completed payment receipt for your items. If someone else is picking up for you, please make sure you forward your receipt(s) for them to show.

While we encourage you to visit Blue Bar Quilts frequently, please be kind and don't stop by the store outside of designated times to pick up your item(s). Blue Bar Staff will not be able to help you.
