SILENT AUCTION FAQ's & RULES!!

Items will be available to the winning bidder on Sunday, May 4th, 2025 immediately upon payment. All items can be picked up at the Auction Tent at Grand Boulevard Town Center. If items are not retrieved at auction tent check-out, they will be available for pick-up at the Cultural Arts Alliance Bayou Arts Center - 105 Hog Town Bayou Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 beginning Tuesday May 6th. Bayou Arts Center hours are 

8 a.m - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m - 12 p.m on Friday. If the item is not picked up by June 9th, 2025, it will be considered a donation to the Cultural Arts Alliance and utilized at a future event.

If an item has a reserve bid that is not met, the item will not be sold. Winner pays Transaction Fees. Fee is based on the Final Price

Can anyone participate in the Online Auction?

The auction is open to everyone 18 years and older. You must be 21 years and older to bid on any alcohol-related auction package. We encourage you to share the link with your friends and family.
