Order of Events for May 3rd, 2025
4:00 PM - Please join us at Mass to kick off our Auction Evening. We invite you to come together in prayer as we begin this special event. Your presence will make the evening even more meaningful as we celebrate in faith before we move forward with the auction.
5:00 pm - Guests begin to arrive. Enjoy Appetizers from The Stillery. Register your credit card at the registration table. Pick up your auction booklet to browse all the exciting items up for bid. Preview the silent auction room to plan your bids and discover fantastic items. Stop by the Lancer Lounge for a refreshing "Winning Sip." Purchase your $2025 Cash Raffle Ticket for a chance to win big! Grab your 2025/2026 Out of Uniform Passes - perfect for the upcoming school year. Try your luck with some games! Play Bingo or join in for Heads or Tails for a chance to win. Don't miss out on the Wine Pull! You could win a bottle of wine and add a special touch to your evening.
6:00 pm - Dinner prayer by Father Tim, Dinner Buffet opens Dinner Menu: Chicken Pancetta, loaded mashed potatoes, butternut squash, country green beans with bacon and bread crumbs, and carrots. Dinner Salad, Dinner Rolls. GF options available upon request.
7:00 pm - Let's kick off our "Games and Giving" night with some fun and excitement! Heads or Tails: Get ready to join in and play for your chance to win! Scrabble by Table: Work together as a team to create the highest number of words- the table with the most wins gets drink tickets to keep the fun going! Pillars Bingo: Don't miss two exciting rounds of Bingo, with even more chances to win!

At St. Joseph Parish School we live our faith daily with the children and understand the strong role a Catholic education provides. Our curriculum includes education in Religion, daily prayer, and weekly masses or prayer services. The SJPS promise to our students is to pass on the Catholic faith, seek Christ in our daily lives, and help students fulfill their God-given potential.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: Attend Mass at 4:00 pm, then head downstairs to Doherty Hall at 5:00 pm to register, pick up your 2025 Auction Booklet, enjoy appetizers from The Stillery, and a "The Winning Sip" Signature Cocktail!
What to Wear, What to Wear...
The theme this year is "Games and Giving". Come dressed "Casual, Smart, Game Night Ready"! Smart Blouse, Tailored Pants, Chic jumpsuit for the ladies and polo shirt, button up shirt, and casual blazer for the men. With a "casual smart game night ready theme, think about being comfortable enough to play while still looking put-together for a semi-formal event! Ideas: board game pins, game themed cross body clutch, fedoras, Trilby Hats, Headbands with fun embellishments, bowler hats, or statement jewelry that is game themed!
